First Visit @ Lignon Hill, Legazpi City, Albay

I'm a bicolana but it's a shame that this is the first time I have visited the Lignon Hill in Legazpi City, Albay. Last summer, my friends asked me if we can have a vacation in Bicol at the same time to promote our Kangen Water machine business (water ionizer). So, it’s a double purpose. We stayed there for five days and on the 3rd day we went to visit the most famous landmark of Legaspi, the Lignon Hills. As we are heading the entrance, I’ve noticed the big photo of Hollywood actor Zac Efron. Before entering the hill we paid 20.00 pesos entrance fee each because we don’t have an ID as a proof that we are the residents of Albay.

While we are ascending the hill, I've seen many couples walking/jogging (fitness purposes), some are like us who just went there for sightseeing and others are adventurers. It’s not easy to trek the long and steep winding road of the hill.

We have the opportunity to watch the beautiful and magnificent sunset, and the breath taking grandeur of Mayon Volcano. It was so refreshing when we reach the top. The breeze from the ocean was cool and we enjoyed the sparkling light of the city below the hill.
